how do i get scene hair i am African American with short hair but i really like scene/emo hair

heyy girl im black and i have short scene hair,it grew out and im getting it re-cut again,ok well i have a relaxer so it's very thin and fine, your going to photho bucket and type in scene hair,get some pic's of the style you want, and go to the salon and say you wnat choppy choppy layers and loneger layers in the back and add some clip in extenstions that's what im going to do and get a side bang a realli big on going left and or right im going to baby bangs lol,ok and then if you wnat the poofy look your going to tease your hair and use hairspray!!!!

I think you have to get a relaxer first don't you?
