No they arent...LOL...i have seen all races with rough hair..its just genes...i have seen white boys with fro's im not even kidding...and honestly people say asians have pin straight hair...but think even they straighten their hair...ive seen some asians hair natural and its straight but its not like a pin...who knows tho really..LOL just love what you got...cos its all beautiful..and diff.

You're grossly misinformed...I am Black and Cuban...my hair is wavy and has never been course....even if I washed my hair and let it air dry without combing it...my hair will not nap up...it is so thin and flat getting braids is a waste of time and money because my hair always slips back out the braid...So stop generalizing!!!

They're not. I'm half Cherokee, half Irish, and have straight, coarse hair (coarse is a texture, not a hair shape.) It's an Asian type, and it doesn't like hard water much, so I have to put oil moisturiser on it.
