Yes, and switch up with just a regular multivitamin for women because you don't want to get too much iron.

I would HIGHLY recommend biotin (aka Vitamin H, part of the B-Complex family) to you. I take 3mg daily and my hair grows really fast. You can get that at any healthfood store.

The other thing is try to eat very nutritiously and get some rest. I really notice a difference when I am eating plenty of lean protein, grains and vegetables. I think the fruit is just a bonus:)
