I personally use mousse. I found that motions makes a mousse that has no alcohol in it. when i use gel on my hair it makes it extremely dry and crunchy. Most gels usually have alcohol in it. So, i would definitely go with a mousse that has no alcohol in it.

mousse makes your hair lighter but if you use these products consistently especially gel your hair will fall out.
