i dunno what mmnnmm is talking about but the paper thing is noneffective, its the curler the regular way and just keep it moisterized. dont curl your hair too often though

The end papers are okay to use they help keep the hair flat in the roller, but if you are using magnetic rollers you really do not need them. If you are using sponge or wire mesh rollers you do cause the ends can get a little frizzy. thank you for reminding me about the roller paper. I remember getting my hair fixed and getting to pull the roller papers off. :-)
